Featuring its own fabulous indoor pool, spa area and sauna, guests will feel like they are in their own personal hotel but on a timetable to suit themselves.
The spacious kitchen with a large island, breakfast area and family sitting area leads through to a large dining room, which can seat all ten guests, and further to a generous lounge and sun room, all with French doors leading onto the expansive terrace which overlooks the golf course and Piperdam Loch. The ground floor houses the master bedroom suite which boasts a super kingsize bedroom and dressing room with en-suite bathroom, perfect for less mobile guests.
The grand hallway with sweeping staircase leads to two distinct first floor areas.
The upper lounge leads to a sheltered balcony, perfect for evening drinks looking out at the stars and golf course of Piperdam. Additional bedrooms can also be found on the first floor, all of which have been comfortably furnished, and three offer en-suite facilities.
When staying with us at Piperdam House a huge range of activities can be booked paid for directly at the neighbouring Piperdam Golf & Leisure Resort.
Foosball to football, archery to fencing and zorbing are some of the activities available as part of the GoActive Programme. From eating out in Howies Bar and Restaurant and to a relaxing massage at The Admire Beauty Salon there is something for everyone just a stones throw away from Piperdam House.
There are also great walks around the 500-acre grounds which includes a 40-acre loch, allowing opportunities to spot plenty of wildlife. Piperdam House is within an hour’s drive of over fifty of the country’s best golf courses, including the championship courses of St Andrews, Carnoustie and Gleneagles. For families with children there are plenty of activities in Dundee itself, from country parks at Clatto and Camperdown, to ice skating, cinema, leisure pool and the HMS Discovery and the acclaimed V&A Dundee Design Museum. St Andrews, Perth and the East Neuk of Fife are all well worth a visit, each with their own attractions, or alternatively, indulge in some retail therapy in Dundee’s shopping centres. There are many quaint villages and towns strung out on the coast from Broughty Ferry to Montrose, which both have sandy beaches and local produce, notably Smokies from Arbroath. An ideal touring base, Scone Palace near Perth and Glamis castles are nearby, and there is quick and easy access to Royal Deeside and the Scottish Highlands beyond. Ideally placed for day trips to many of Scotland’s favourite attractions within Angus, Perthshire, Fife and all four of Scotland’s major cities, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Aberdeen, all within easy reach. Based on the east coast of Scotland there are many beaches from St Andrews to Broughty Ferry to Tentsmuir.
